BEST CHOCOLATE EASTER EGG

Ingredients: 1 cup butter, 2 tsp salt, 4 tsp vanilla, 1 can condensed milk (Good Quality Brand) 10 cups icing(frosting) sugar, 1 tsp yellow food color, 1lb. half sweet chocolate.

Method: Beat butter, salt and vanilla until soft. Add milk, beat in sugar. Mix until thick. Dust with brown sugar. Mix it till smooth. Place aside above then 2/3 of mixture. In the remaining mixture, mix yellow food color. Mix together in a good way. Separate yellow and white into sixteen or twenty four pieces. Make yellow into sphere, mould white surrounding yellow to make an egg shape. Make dry at room temperature on simple paper towels for 24 hours.

 Thaw chocolate in dual boiler or in microwave until soft. Dip eggs in chocolate. When, dipped cool at room temperature. Put it into the Refrigerator after cool. After sliced, these eggs will contain a light cream stuffing along with a yellow stuffing that look to be the yolk. They appear good sitting in an Easter egg case!

COTTON BALL EASTER EGG

Goods Required: 8½ x11(optional) white color papers, light color cotton balls, small scissors and paper glue.

Instructions: First of all, take the color paper and fold the paper in semi strip wise. Take small scissors and cut out an egg shape next to the non folded verge, make sure that one verge is cut a small straight. It would be egg shape at the top and straight on the bottom, you can draw anything which you like by a pencil in the beginning to assist through the cutting. Open up your paper and the paper would look similar to an egg and it is like to cut the valentine heart. Set glue on part of the egg and put on a variety of color cotton balls, keep it up till the whole egg is coat. For more creativity, put the color cotton balls in selected variety of form. Let it dry and hang on your Easter egg craft where you like for all to see!

You can also use thick eatable colours on the edge after joining both pieces to look better. You can draw painting, any design, etc. on it to make your Easter egg look awesome.
